I’m a chef dedicated to creating meaningful experiences through food. My culinary journey began at 14 in my father’s Hamburg restaurant, later training in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and working with legends like Paul Bocuse. I’ve served as Head Chef on private superyachts and in luxury villas worldwide — from the French Riviera to the South Pacific.

With 20+ years of international experience, I specialize in private yacht and villa cuisine, Asian and European fine dining, health-conscious menus, and operations in remote environments. I also hold a degree in economics and East Asian studies and am certified to train chefs professionally.

In 2025, I founded Super Yacht Galley Consulting FZCO (Dubai) to support yacht Captain’s, shipyards, and management teams with tailored chef services, training, and gastronomic concepts — ensuring every galley truly serves its people.
